how do you save on grocery shopping?

I buy bags of organic chicken breasts from either aldis or trader joes for $7. Aldis also sells 2 1/2 lb packs of 90% sirloin hamburger for $8 and 1lb packs of 93% lean for $4-$5. I eat a lot of black beans and if u go to an asian store u can get a 25lb bag of rice for $25-$30 depending on where u live. Aldi's also has eggs for $1.25 a dozen and trader joes has frozen organic veggies for $1 a bag i find that these two stores have the best bang for your buck when eating healthy

Buy like 10kg or chicken/beef when on sale and stock up / freeze it. Everything else is generally cheap anyway. Keep your eye on the sales

albertons always like a buy 1 get 2 free. or buy meats and freeze it. buy in bulk, spend more and save more.

Hitting up the butcher vs buying prepacked meat is always cheaper. Plus the butcher has chicken titties that weigh like 1 lb each...
