Thanks out at sea. I know it looks gay cause Im in my drawers but it was the only good one I had. I had been dieting for 10 days here on the CKD. That pic was taken about 4 weeks ago and my abs look alot better now. You guy's keep in mind that I am not trying to be Mr. Olympia, I have different goals. Any critique's are welcome. What bf% do i look like? Bam

The quality of the pic is not very good but I would guess around 12-13%....

lol no way youre 4-5. I say around 8-9. If you dropped some water and posed better you'd look more cut though so hard to say.

I would say around 10% on the low side and 13% on the high side. You have a good shape to you; if you create the proper anabolic environment through correct dieting - you can do a lot.

Thanks guy's. The reason I say 5% is because the last time I got measured (6yrs ago) I was told it was 6.5% and I was no where near as lean as I am now. The guy must have made a mistake. He used calipers. I am going to try to get measured at my gym, but it is small and the guy don't keep his calipers there. Im 5'9" at 184 in this picture. My arms are 17.5 cold, I don't know about chest, quads and calves. Bam

I sent Out_at_Sea 2 more pictures to post up. The first one is in a little better light and you can see that I am actually a little more lean than I appear in the first picture. The second is a back shot and I am not flexed at all. My lats are pretty wide when flexed. Also, I have a 29 inch waiste.
