load it up in yuor gallery, then click on properties where you will copy the URL....click on IMG and paste what you just copied from your gallery..

Thanks out at sea. I know it looks gay cause Im in my drawers but it was the only good one I had. I had been dieting for 10 days here on the CKD. That pic was taken about 4 weeks ago and my abs look alot better now. You guy's keep in mind that I am not trying to be Mr. Olympia, I have different goals. Any critique's are welcome.
