how do you post a pic if your not platinum?

have just discovered this board,motivating&entertaining so far,but am wondering how to post a pic without a platinum thingy.

anybody can post a pic, just attach the image in the box at the bottom of your post, where it says attach image. non platinum people will only see thumbnail
