how do you make chicken breasts TASTE GOOD?

personally when i need a change i sometimes marinate and/or dip in italian dressing, its like 8 g in fat but its all from soybean oil so i think it should be ok.

If not another thing i put on that most people dont know about to use is lemon pepper and salt seasoning, it gives the chicken a real lemony taste that is very bold! Try it out u may have it on ur spice rack. Ketchup alwyas goes with everythign too!

Oh wow that stuff looks good Hansel. No sugar!!!! I have been using a little bit of bbq sauce and ketchup on my chicken but they both contain quite a bit of sodium and sugar. I'll have to check that stuff out!

I cook mine in the skillet with no oil, and right before I take them out, I like to put a tablespoon of bbq sauce on them. After you roll them around in it, the bbq sauce will burn on a bit and it's almost like real bbq.

marinade in:

olive oil
balsamic vinegar
garlic salt or fresh garlic
pepper
basil
lemon juice

then bake @ 375 degrees (takes a while)

I use an unsalted creole seasoning mixture called "Bayou Bang" It's about the best blend I've tried that has no salt or MSG. I marinate the chicken in a tablespoon of EV olive oil and the Bayou Bang. Sometimes a little garlic powder (not garlic salt) Then grill it up! Mmmm. :D

Just bought this Stumps Chxn Marinade and pretty low sodium for a marinade. Dales is great but high sodium. Or I just rub my ass on it, piss on it and throw it in the oven. My co workers rave about my chxn.

cajun seasoning is what I normally use. Just sprinkle on and throw on the george foreman (BTW if you dont have one, get one, they rock, only takes a couple minutes to cook a 10 oz chicken breast)

You can find low fat itallian dressing and marinate them. That is really tasty.

MRS dash garlic and herb rocks too. I do add just a tiny bit of salt with mine though, it really brings out the flavor.
