How do you like your steak? (If indeed,... you enjoy, and eat red meat)

I usually order it medium rare, as I enjoy the bloodier steak, but with a crispy outside. Sometimes, though, I order it rare, as I am in the mood for it. I enjoy it both ways, but medium rare is what I usually order.

medium........like it juicy, but not purple. Steak has to have blood/juice, otherwise the taste disappears.

grilled some last nite....boneless short ribs from the local Korean store...made it medium and came out really tender and tasty....but usuallly i make my steaks medium,
