How do you know when you've recovered from a workout?

2 days - week?

Overtraining has symptoms that are very recognizable lol. Headaches, stretched out feeling, loss of apetite, tired/fatigued all the time but you can't quite fall asleep, stressed/anxious etc. It's not pleasant.
 
I do fullbody, so my recovery time is the highest frequency I can workout without overtraining.

Weirdly enough, I can do 3x/week no problem at all, but if I switch to 3.5x (don't take full weekend off), I start to overtrain pretty quick. That one extra day of rest makes a ton of difference.

Empty gym, 11 exercises, 1 set each. But that's only if I'm in a super-rush, which means the whole thing is like a giant super-set HIIT cardio session. Leasurely, it's about a half hour.
