my legs are getting pretty damn big. i work in the heat and sweaty as hell all day, but its pissing me off my thighs rubbing together give me a rash almost every day from my thighs rubbing in the heat. i dont know what to do im thinking about not training the legs as much but i dont wanna be unsymetrical. who else has this problem

I used to have a similar problem when I was playing football. After sprints my legs were sore like you mentioned. Try some talc powder, or mesh/lycra shorts.

boxer brief and goldbaum medicated powders. I know it sucks, either walk bow legged or have your shit chafe.... not a good option in either case.:(

Yea, I have trouble breaking underwear cause I have around 27 in legs, and like a 30.5 in waist. So I have to get size L boxers but I am always busting them and they rub and tear up my legs. Boxer briefs are better but they make me sweat too much...the powder helps but I forget to use it a lot of times.

I walk very funny...very funny. Turn your toes out and waddle a little...

There is a reason why it looks funny when I sprint...

When you say you walk very funny one thing comes to mind...a couple months back I saw chris cormier(very huge legs) and he was def. a waddling beast. It looked rediculous seeing him walking into the gym...he looked like a bow legged monster, but if he didnt walk like that he would prob break off all his clothes like the hulk. I would just hate to be him driving...he must have a steering wheel mounted on the ceiling to keep it from hitting his legs.

One reason I'm limiting my leg growth as much as I can, since I want to squat triple BW Ass to the floor, and I'm no where near that yet!

But not much luck so far, the things keep growing even in the 3-5 rep range! Granted dropping bodyfat could cut a few inches off them. I'll have to try sets of 1-2 reps one day

My legs aren't even that big in my opinion.. but boy do they rub...
If I go for a walk for more than like 30 minutes... I have the hugest friction burn between my legs... I've been getting this since i was like 16.. (I'm 21 now)
I wear boxers and boxer briefs... but it seems to happen more on the looser ones... when the material rugs back and forth.
If anybody else has any more tips on avoiding this... please tell us
Thanks
ryan

im glad to hear im not the only one. im thinking about trying to drop at a very low bodyfat and maintain a very low bodyfat to avoid this prolblem, i dont wanna ever stop training legs. maybe they wont rub together if i can maintain like 6 percent bodyfat or 7 percent year round. but i know it will be hard as hell to gain mass at such a low percentage
