How do you guys get all your food in for the day with school and/or work

Im on academic suspension from school so im going back next fall. but say you guys were buling, how do you get enough calories in during work or school? you usually get a 30 minute break for every 8 hours you work but what about the 2 othe rmeals if you were eating every 2 1/2 hours. im not working at the momment so i basically cook my 6-7 meals as i need to eat them, go to the gym and thats about it. i cant live my life like this anymore but i like the way my physique is. i was thinking of bulking up as much as possible right now, untill i reach over 200 pounds at 5'6, then cut down and eat a normal healthy diet 6-7 small meals and maintain my weight for good. im thinking 170 pounds at 6-7% will be fine for me. as much as i like the bulking and cutting thing, its really interfering with my life. any suggetions.

Food prep. I bake 10 pounds of sweet potatoes twice a week. I cook 3 pounds of chicken tits and two pounds of lean ground beef twice a week. Everything else I prepare on the spot. You could also cook a big batch of whole wheat noodles, brown rice, and green beans. These store well in bulk.

I put all the meals i take to work together the night before.

I am on the road and in and out of a truck all day. I get one thirty minute break, but I will take ten minutes to scarf down a meal when it's time to eat.

I eat three meals over my eight hour shift. One is a shake (whey, oats, anpb), and the other two are cold chicken and sweet potatoes. Cold food sucks, but it's life for me.

If you plan in advance things are so much easier. It's all about finding a routine that will work with your schedule.

Yes, i guess youre right about the finding a routine. im so scared to go out for too long because i might miss a meal. even when i went to school part time, i would eat 30 minutes before class, drive 20 minutes to school, as soon as class was over, i would rush back home for the next meal. sometimes i would have a shake but i still prfer whole foods. and i HATE cold food. i guess you get used to it. how do you store your 10 pounds of cooked sweet potatoes? in the fridge or the freezer? i used to put them in the freezer, then when i need to eat them, throw it in the microwave for 4-5 minutes.

you gotta get used to cold food. The only way I can make it happen on the go is cold, pre-made food.

I shop at costco, so on a typical run I'd get:

12lbs extra lean beef
case of liquid egg whites
case of cottage cheese
6lbs turkey deli meat
6lbs whole turkey meat cooked
6lbs frozen tilapia
6lbs frozen ahi tuna
5lbs salmon burgers cooked
5lbs shrimp cooked
bag of almonds
container dry roasted edamame
case of oats
case of cheeros
case of fiber one cereal

The frozen fish and lean beef takes about 3-5 minutes to cook on my grill press. So I'll cook those night before, roll with the pre-cooked chicken, turkey, deli meats, etc. Cook my eggs and beef or salmon in the morning... Container the rest up...

So throughout the day I am eating: dry cereal, ezekiel breads, pita pockets with the cold meats. If i can get a chance to heat it up, then great... If not, then no big deal. Now, they have a microwave that will plug in to your car... I may get that.

I just roll around with a freezer backpack full of foods. ALso, I do have a container that keeps food warm for up to 3-4 hours. Same with liquids.

i take a bigass lunchbox to work, usually with:
a ribeye steak and a carb (rice, pasta or potato)
a sandwhich (lots of meat, slice of cheese, lettuce etc)
a bag of fruit and veggies (all raw)
1/2 cup cottage cheese
leftovers from previous nights dinner (meatloaf, spaghetti of whatever) or salmon if dinner sucked. lol...
and various snacks (bag of instant oatmeal, slice of cheesecake, pastry etc...)
i try to get minimum 1000 calories before work, and 1000 after... trying to gain strength mostly, and stay lean because my job is very physical
on the weekend i eat whatever, pizza, burgers, burritos... no diet on the weekend at all, just pure gluttony at its best...
oh fuck cold food... i work in refregerated/frozen warehousing... gotta eat a warm meal to keep warm...

Well I cooke lunch and flatjacks the night before. Brekky in the morning. 1st snak is basically tuna a fruit so thats just needs shoving in a sandwich box in morning, mid afternoon snack is a protein shake, so powder in shaker. Preworkout is flapjacks. Post workout is another shake, with powder in a sandwich bag. I cook dinner, tommorows lunch and some peanut butter flapjacks when I get home. Then pick at other half tin of tuna between watching porn and spending money I dont have on random hings on amazon. Brush my teeth.....3 big spoons on cottage cheese, then bed.

Simple enough IMO.

Sometimes Ive had a bad day or really cba wiv cooking 3 meals so i just shove a chikcen and shroom pizza in for dinner, then buy a couple of chicken tortias from shop next day. Not too fattening or expensive if its within reason, likeonce a week or less

One of my mates really had an on the go schedule with Uni, work, a GF, Gym, MMA, BJJ, driving lessons, pool club, and then somewhere in that a pretty good social life, ect. So he basically lives off 4 mega meals a day

Wakes up, straight protein shake within the 1st 3-4 minutes. Bascially only think he does before it is wipes crust from eyes, takes a piss, then makes the shake. Then he gets ready, shower, shave brush teeth, clothed ect, then he makes brekky. You looking at 100 grams of protein before 8am. He then has couple of chicken burgers for lunch, with cottage cheese, lukin at around 70-80 grams there, then random shit for dinner (sheppards pie, pork joint, ect) and a weight gainer post workout. Im not 100% sure how he does it but he fits 3500-4000 calories into 4 meals regularly, and its prob not best method but it does work for him. I guess whilst more of less is best, less of more is better than less of less.

you have to pre-plan and know what you are going to eat.
you have to fuel protein in your system at least every two hours.
and you can't let teachers or ANYONE get in the way of your eating.
