Just got my first supplement – creatine. On thelabel they say I have to frontload it, but they do not say how. Whatis frontloading, and how you can do it with creatine?
Frontloading is taking overly high dosages in the beginning of using some compounds in order to make them work faster. However, with creatine it does not apply, as your body can use only a certain amount of creatine, and the excessive amount will be pissed out. In the best of the cases, you can make creatine work slightly faster by frontloading, but this practice is definitely not worth it.
You don't. You just take 5g per day indefinitely. No need to load and no need to cycle on and off. Creatine is not hardcore and is not a hormone. It is just a few amino acids. It is however very cheap, effective, and safe.
