How do you feel about having a guy massage you?

I was watching last weeks episode of Entourage, not sure if any of you guys watched it. Anyways Drama played by Matt Dillions brother has this massage therapist in Vegas who claims he is the best. Of course his friends tease him about it because he's a guy but Drama says there's nothing sexual about a man giving you a massage.

So he ends up going to Vegas to get his massage and books the guy for the whole weekend. Drama invites him out and toward the end of the night Drama says he has a kink in his neck that needs a rub down so they go back to the salon but the salon is closed. So drama suggest they go back to the room for him to get a rub down. So they go back to the room and while Drama is in the bathroom changing, the massage therapist thinks that Drama wants more than just a massage so he strips naked and jumps in the bed and waits for Drama to come out. So when he comes out Drama says "Bro what the funk do you think your doing?" Shakes his head and walks out the door freaking pissed off. LOL

To me I have never had a guy massage me and I would feel VERY uncomfortable if a guy was touching me. I don't know why but it FREAKS me out even if it's not meant to be in a sexual way. So I'm on myspace and there's this guy who won't leave me the funk alone bugging me about wanting give me a free massage because he's in massage school. I swear he's messaged me about 15 times and I haven't responded but I'm just about to snap and go off on him. Should I write him back a really nasty email?

And how do you feel about a man giving you a massage?

my husband gets a 15-minute massage at his office building every thursday and the massage therapist is a male. the same massage therapist who comes to my house on weekends lately. i guess if youre not secure in your manhood, that might feel weird for you.

The reason why I don't get undressed for men is not important to me, I just prefer women touching over a man. My massage is 60 minutes and no she does not give the "full release" :p

I don't mind if it's a specific spot like my shoulder. I have a good friend(male) that is a massage therapist and he's worked on my shoulder before. But a full body massage? No fucking way. I don't consider myself a homophobe but there's no way I could relax and enjoy it. It just creeps me out. I've got a big lady w/ strong hands that does just fine when I need or want a deep tissue massage.
 
I don't know if i could do it or not. I have a buddy that works at one of the casino's down here as a massage therapist. We got to talking about it one day and I asked him if it was weird massaging guys. He said at first it was, but you do it so much during your schooling that you get used to it.

He told me that so many times, the guys that come in there are drunk off their asses. he'll massage for about 5 minutes and they pass out. Then he just goes and sits down and chills for the rest of the hour and when the alarm goes off they wake up talking about how great they feel.
 
oh and Entourage was fucking great last week. I saw that shit coming a mile away tho but didn't expect Drama to flip out like that. LOL
 
I have a hard time finding a female who is strong enough to do the type of deep tissue that I need to get the knots out of my back. Although I've had some rather limp-wristed guys do massage which is just flat out annoying.

I talked my dad into getting a massage because he was having Sciatica problems but wouldnt' so a chiro about it despite the fact that it was cutting into his golf game (unheard of in m family, btw). He ended up seeing this older lady LMT. He said it felt good but didn't do much. He felt pretty weird about having another female (other than my mom) touch him, though mom said he probably liked it. I am not sure if he woudl've done it if it were a guy.

But yea, I guess the one thing if you are remotely comfortable working w/ a guy (and you are a guy) is to make sure you both understand that its for a massage and not more.

Dude, I'd watch out because I'm thinking that he's seen that show too.

As for me, I couldn't care less. A deep tissue massage is a deep tissue massage. As for ones that involve happy endings...I don't get those anymore...
 
id never have a dude do it. i won't even go to a male physical therapist.

what ever I'm totally secure in my manhood....but I don't like a man to even stand within a few feet of me, makes the urge to kill rise.

Not a homophobe thing, I think its more of a primal thing, same thing if someone grabs a bite of my food...my first instinct is to fuck them up.

This only applies to men though, I seriously think it's the male pheromes that subcounsiously enrage me.

I've had a couple done by male LMT's, but they were sports massage and nothing like the ones I get now to relax. Massage isn't necessarily a sensual thing for me, but it's not not sensual at the same time.

i saw that episode. drama was hillarious with his mixed messages. very very gay, lol.

Wow. I'm suprized at some of the responses. Iquess I figured that being that this is a fitness board everyone would be a little more aware of the benifits of massage. Especially with working out. I'm not saying it has to be from a male, half of the responses I read were sexual and thats pretty sad. I'm a MT and now I know were not to advertise. lol sorry about the spelling was in a rush. I've been a member for over a year but this is my second post.
