Hey guys n gals,

stupid question maybe but english is not my main language, and exfoliating probably means something in my language that I do understand, but anyway,
how do you exfoliate an area? If you shave the area regulary, then is that what exfoliating means? It's the yohimburn bottle that says to exfoliate.

Thnx.

Exfoliating means removing the dead skin cells, revealing a fresh "layer" of skin.

Shaving does not count as exfoliating, although by shaving you are scraping the skin which will remove some dead skin cells.

You can buy a scrub at the store or you can make your own. Combine some sea salt/sugar with essential oil (for a nice smell), mineral oil or olive oil.
