1 cup oatmeal
about 400ml water or so, mix - micro for 6 minutes or so, then mix again and micro for another 2 or 3. I then mix strawberryproteinpowder with some milk and use as...milk on the top. I eat this 3-4 times per day
before workout -1/2 cup dry and add in boiling water, one scoop protein powder, cinnamon.
after workout-i/2 cup dry in mixing bowl add in one whole egg and five egg whites, a small amount of diced apple and cinnamon and microwave for 4 mins. This is my first solid meal after post work out protein drink-valerie
Its 1 scoop enough protein to mix with 1/2cup of oatmeal(40grams)?!? I´ve been using 2 scoops of whey(+-50gr protein) + 1/2 cup of oatmeal. I eat this as my pre-workout meal and postworkout meal(1hr30min after PW shake)
