how do you eat your oatmeal??

throw in a bowl
splash of salt
heaps of splenda
cover to top with half fat milk
microwave for 4 minutes

eat eat eat


been doing it for a year now...not getting sick of it anytime soon ;)
 
I use steelcut oats so i soakthem overnight in a little splenda, cinnamon, a touch of salt and some ground cardamom.
In the rmoning I whack em in the microwave for 15 minutes while i have a shower and it's ready and tastes devine
 
fill bowl 75% with instant oats,
few teaspoons of cinnamon
2 tablespoons of vanilla soy protein isolate
2 tablespoons of wheat germ
.....
then I run the hot water from the tap till steam starts coming off it and put some in the bowl... then mix and eat
 
Isn's 15 min in the microwave a bit too long? I usually cook mine for 3 minutes on high and its ready! I just throw it in a bowl, add some equal and microwave. Sometimes i'll mix in raisins and chocolate protein powder. Tastes delicious!
 
take 1/2 - 3/4 cups of dry oats.....throw in some cinnamon, and a tablespoon of natural Peanut butter....heat, stir, and eat
 
Take a half cup of oatmeal
add a packet of splenda, a few shakes of cinnamon
top with skim milk
microwave for 2 - 2/12 minutes
burn my tounge when I refuse to wait for the oatmeal to cool for a minute :-)
 
1 cup oatmeal
about 400ml water or so, mix - micro for 6 minutes or so, then mix again and micro for another 2 or 3. I then mix strawberryproteinpowder with some milk and use as...milk on the top. I eat this 3-4 times per day :)
 
before workout -1/2 cup dry and add in boiling water, one scoop protein powder, cinnamon.

after workout-i/2 cup dry in mixing bowl add in one whole egg and five egg whites, a small amount of diced apple and cinnamon and microwave for 4 mins. This is my first solid meal after post work out protein drink-valerie
 
Its 1 scoop enough protein to mix with 1/2cup of oatmeal(40grams)?!? I´ve been using 2 scoops of whey(+-50gr protein) + 1/2 cup of oatmeal. I eat this as my pre-workout meal and postworkout meal(1hr30min after PW shake)

IMO thats the best way possible, with some nutra sweet added of course
 
WHy does everyone microwave? I always add boiling water to it since i drink coffee every morning. Just mix it... simple.
