I feel my lagging part are my arms! But particularly the
area - near the elbows. My arms near shoulders develop
easy, tris are good even have a good peak in forearms.
But near the elbows there seems to be less muscle mass. I want what some men have - a outward bulge
when arm is bent & "heavy" muscle hanging over the
elbow in the back of the arm when almost straight.
Maybe I just have long arms, I'm 5'11". What arm excer.
