I've been dieting hard 7 days per week for 4 weeks now. I am throwing a cheat day in starting tomorrow. I'm sure it will help with duration considering I still have 10.2% BF to lose before I hit my goals.
There are alot of clean bulkers out there so once a week you through in some 'cheat' foods ...
My cheat should be once a week, one meal, whatever I want... previously use to be a glass of wine with large (clean) portions ... these days (NOT cutting) usually overlaps into 2-3 meals but I have been known to make a day of it.
Homemade bread with butter and honey. Used to eat the whole loaf but now half is all I can manage without being miserable all day. So fucking good though and you get the build up of smelling it bake for 3 + hours! Plus I get a quart of whole milk to drink with it.

OMFG, my mom is the baking queen and some homemade bread is the shit..I would eat a whole loaf too with butter....No wonder I was a chunker until Jr High..(baking queen sweet tooth mother with no limits on portions)..
