how do you adjust training coming off the gear?

I’m coming off a 12 week cycle of steroids. Need your advice on how I can adjust my training.
On cycle I am the energizer bunny and can keep going and going.. 20 or 25 sets X 10 reps or more was no problem and I was motivated. Then when I came off my pct my energy came down. Now its hard to train even 15 sets without feeling a bit exhausted.
Any tips on how to adjust training?
 
You won't be able to train the same way, that's just the fact. So, you're going to have to adjust things on the way down.
 
My best advice is listen to your body.
You have to realize you're not going to be as strong when you come off.
