I’m coming off a 12 week cycle of steroids. Need your advice on how I can adjust my training.
On cycle I am the energizer bunny and can keep going and going.. 20 or 25 sets X 10 reps or more was no problem and I was motivated. Then when I came off my pct my energy came down. Now its hard to train even 15 sets without feeling a bit exhausted.
Any tips on how to adjust training?
