Clen is as safe as the user who uses it - same as everything else. If you are a moron and are not careful, anything is dangerous. If you are smart and do your homework, almost any supp is safe.
Clen is basically a broncodilator (sp?). Many people take it to help with fat loss. I find it useless for fat loss - there are much better things out there in my opinion. Basially, anything from the
www.anabolicfitness.net store is better. I tried Clen several times, and each time got minimal results - and this WAS with a clean diet and good training. I think it is WAY overrated - but that is just me.
Oh, and CLen IS run the same in women as in men. Dosing is individual dependent, not sex dependent.
