how do i pump up my chest?

my weekest part of my training is my bench and chest training. I dont know if its my training methods or my lack of preforming them correctly . If anyone has good training routines to help me build up my chest it would be appreciated if you could share them
 
5x5 seem to work well for everyone....eat lots and get lots of good rest. Work it heavy.

For chest mass, dips have been great for me.

Flat bench pressing just don't seem to do it for development. :(

I also like incline dumbbells and incline barbell bench, but I find dips are best for chest development.

If you are looking for strength in bench, then try to follow something like WSB ... i've been trying this lately.

I'm the same as Sk when it comes to this. Flat bench did next to nothing for my chest. I was at a point where I could do 315 for about 8-9 good, clean reps, and I had a pathetic chest. Once I put in weighted dips, my chest just took off. It is now one of my better body parts.

I would go with incline press and dips (move up to weighted ones, once you can). Good luck, and happy lifting.
