I'm the same as Sk when it comes to this. Flat bench did next to nothing for my chest. I was at a point where I could do 315 for about 8-9 good, clean reps, and I had a pathetic chest. Once I put in weighted dips, my chest just took off. It is now one of my better body parts.
I would go with incline press and dips (move up to weighted ones, once you can). Good luck, and happy lifting.
