And yes, MM has been known to say one set is all you need. He contradicted himself constantly (much like his mentor Ayn Rand).
Mr. Montana, would you explain me when has Ayn Rand contradicted herself??

I have alaya trained on a modified hit routine.

I stick to the 3 days per week workout, but I incorporate POF principals to work the muscle at all angles...

and example back workout would be...

deadlifts pyramid to 4 reps (3-4 sets total)
front chins/pulldowns 2 sets of 4-8 reps
curl grip pulldowns 2 sets 6-8
Tbar rows 2 sets of 6-8
rear delt flys 2 X 6-8
shrugs 2 x 6-8
10-12 sets total.... sometiems I add a strecth exercise like closegrip cable rows or db pullovers, however I save these as a "shocking" exercise...

Now, at the age of 55, Arnold looks awesome and is much healthier than most men his age. He's been hitting it hard in the gym again for T3 (Terminator 3).

I dont know if I would say he is THAT healthy. My father is older and in worse "shape" but never had triple bypass surgery.
