How critical is refrigerating HCG before mixing?

I have not been on the site for some while, so I apologize in advance if this has been addressed before. I may have screwed up? Can anyone tell me how critical it is to refrigerate HCG (human chorionic gonadotrophin) before you actually add the sodium chlroide to the vial. I was told by several people that it was a non issue until the two ingredients were mixed, and my boxes have been in a dark space but were left at room temp for a few months. Not sure if this will hurt or void the effectiveness?

they should work but in the future keep them in the fridge. peptide, gh, hcg, all last the longest in the fridge, they degarde the slowest at that temp.

powder or re-conned. fridge. every label of gh says it on there.... etc
