lol! I Love the timing. Gotta admit, when in financial problems - sue someone! And he sure took his time to find the biggest pockets to sue.

Must've taken some cues from Trump.

I'm not sure this is a fradulent suit, if he has the evidence to back his claims of how he was injured and how he was cared for and that the proper tests were not given at the hospital and that he did indeed leave the hospital with a broken neck (c-2) he is within his rights to sue.
