20 pound dumbell 40 reps curls...Tighten you up...

Lots of shot running....We practices this down in San Dog two layers of jogging suits 2 pair of socks and a scull cap run very fast for 20 seconds stop fro 1 mins due this for 15 mins 2 times a day ontop of stair master and or bike...Keep water intake at a minimum of a gollaon and a have,,,,,but not durining the running you WILL cramp up!

You Will be a mess till then but trust me you do not want to be on that program I believe it is for 6 months....
