How can I loose 4 inches from my waist in 21 days??

I must lose 3-4inches from my waist in 21 days or the Military will put me in the fat boy program. So I started the Adkins Ketosis diet and I am in day 2. I'm also doing cardo for 45 min two times a day. I have some Xenadrine I'm using. Could I use Clen with Xenadrine? How about T-3? Do you have any quick ways to lose inches of your waist in 21 day besides surgery? Please help!
 
DNP and Yohimburn applied topically would be your best bet. DNP is nothing to mess with so make sure you have done your homework on it

umm... maybe its just me, but DNP for a guy in the military just does NOT sound like a good idea. like the others said, this stuff is not to be messed around with. Military PT + DNP = 1 dead Big Wigg in my opinion.

You may get there with the Atkins diet, as significant weightloss can occur in the first 14 days. but you don't have time to screw up and hang in semi-ketotic (yes i know i made that word up) limbo. don't touch a single carbohydrate for 3 weeks and you'll probably be ok, especially with all the cardio you're doing.

Hey bro, being that I was in the military, I suggest that you DO NOT TELL ANYONE in your troop/company/battery whatever what you're doing. Just making sure you're safe bro. Where are you stationed?
 
INCHES....

Very low carb intake early in the day, No bacon..no ham..No fried nothing...Clean food bro...Baked with a drip pan if possible....protien with high intensity cardio...Light weights very high reps

Example:
20 pound dumbell 40 reps curls...Tighten you up...
No side bends with weights thickens the waist.....crunches 400 a day for your 21 days...

Lots of shot running....We practices this down in San Dog two layers of jogging suits 2 pair of socks and a scull cap run very fast for 20 seconds stop fro 1 mins due this for 15 mins 2 times a day ontop of stair master and or bike...Keep water intake at a minimum of a gollaon and a have,,,,,but not durining the running you WILL cramp up!

I helped train the "FATBOY" program during the warning phase and I will tell you bro more then half beat the tape when it was time 21 days on this proram......You will get it...

You Will be a mess till then but trust me you do not want to be on that program I believe it is for 6 months....

If you want to beat the tape try this it WILL work!!!

if you stay strict with the keto diet you can drop 12-15lbs. but you can't fuck up. i don't know about 4 inches though
