I've been training hard for the past year and have tried a few different diets.
I've done my best work (Building and burning fat) on what seemed like the same diet I've had my entire life - 3 sometimes 4 meals a day very little snacking mostly protein and very little sugar.
I have a pretty good diet and live in a good locale for it - and I try to eat gluten free.
I've tried gorging myself, and cutting down as well - and I don't seem to notice much difference. When gorging myself, I gained water weight then lost it and seem to be doing the same as my original diet.
What can I do to help dial it in? Training is easy to see results, and I don't want to move to AAS yet.
I could just follow someone's diet plan - but I want to LEARN what does what and why.
