....iight a little more information. I'm 24 5"11 152 lbs. 41"chest 15"arms.(yes thats cold) bench 275lbs, deadlift 365, squats kinda suck only 275, military press 185. I've been lifting for 10 years, been lfting seriously for 2+. I think i may be hypoglycemic. I'm all about red meat and pasta when trying to bulk. Last year I did two half cycles of sustanon 250 at 500 mg/week for 5 weeks on, 8 weeks off then 5 back on. gained 14 lbs kept 12 of it, but i also almost completely avoided cardio during this time. I have visible abs. Top heavy, skinny legs lol. Basically I'm just wondering if 1.) what roids are safe to be doing that much cardio? and 2.) What ones would get the best results for gaining muscle, while training mixed martial arts? I'm not too worried about lbm I'm pretty sure i can convert it after the cycle i jus wanna get bigger!...or..I'm trying to avoid this if possible, or maybe if I should jus stop training mma for a little and focus entirely on the gym.
My work out schedule now is:
Mornings: Run distance once a week, swim twice a week (sometimes after lifting) arms twice a week sometimes morning sometimes evening.
Evenings: chest, shoulders, back on seperate days every 5th day. Legs once a week, followed by plyometrics. Sprints, leaps, alot of jumping. Take a break and eat.
followed by MMA 2 hours a day 3-4 times a week.
