sorry bro....I got offline. I do my first 4 sets like the other excercises. 4 sets, pyramiding from from set 1 and going till failure (I'm sorry, I forgot to mention that earlier). Then after that I perform the burnout. so I do my 4 sets then the burn out. I would use about half the weight that I could get 10 reps with. It's kind of a trial and error thing untill you know what weight to use. If you can do more than 25 reps at the begining of the burn out, before you rest for 10 seconds the first time....then you need to add about 10 pounds.
