How bout throwin ol' Freak Show a bone and give him your favorite chest routine?

Warmup with 15-20 reps on incline
1st set 15reps
2nd set 10-12 reps
3rd set 10-12 reps
4 set 8-10
5th set 12-15

Flat bench
1st set for 10-12 reps
2nd set for 8-10
3rd for 6-8
4th for 10-12

flyes
1st for 12-15 reps
2nd 10-12
3rd 8-10
then 3 sets of dips as many as you can do.

I have still to include declines in my program, my problem is the upper area of my chest, I am hitting inclines hard, they are working albeit slowly slowly.....

I can't remember where I read it but it was some magazine. I read it about 3-4 months ago and started to try it. I liked the results and the burning pump that I got from it so I use that method about one a month for each body part. You can use it more than that....it's just that I get lazy alot and I don't want to do it all the time. For all you who want to try it....let me know how you like it. I would like some feed-back on what other think about it.
 
bigmag- since you seem to be online. Clarify this for me real quick. You say you do four sets of pec dec and THEN do your burn out? Is this correct? You said that after your last set you, "start out with about half of what I'd use for 10 reps and do as many as I can, then I wait ten second and do as many as I can again." So does that mean you're doing 4 sets of 10 at a certain weight and then you chop it in half for the burnout? Thanks.
 
sorry bro....I got offline. I do my first 4 sets like the other excercises. 4 sets, pyramiding from from set 1 and going till failure (I'm sorry, I forgot to mention that earlier). Then after that I perform the burnout. so I do my 4 sets then the burn out. I would use about half the weight that I could get 10 reps with. It's kind of a trial and error thing untill you know what weight to use. If you can do more than 25 reps at the begining of the burn out, before you rest for 10 seconds the first time....then you need to add about 10 pounds.
