I'm having writer's block. I've devised so many damn programs for myself and my clients in the past couple years, I'm burnt out. I want something new. If you're willing, give me something CREATIVE. Not just your standard, "3 sets of 8-12 reps, blah, blah, blah." It can be powerlifter style or bodybuilding. Doesn't matter, I will choose the winner and reward you with positive Karma:rolleyes: .

Here is my favorite, it not only works my chest but my tri's too!

Decline DB press 3x6-8
Flys 2x8-10
Dips 2x 6-8

This isnt a BS routine, I got it from one of the most knowlegable people on the boards, i didnt make it up. PM me if you want to know who if you dont believe me.

You were serious about the karma too, right bro? BOS needs it!

I always choose 3 excercises and do 4 sets on each....here's my fav.

warm up: flat bb bench for 2 sets
incline db: 4 sets
decline db: 4 sets
peck deck flies: 4 sets

during the four sets of each excercise I pyramid up in weight and the reps are 12,10,8,6 for each. On the last set of peck deck flies I use a burn out method that I read about a while back. I start out with about half of what I'd use for 10 reps and do as many as I can, then I wait ten second and do as many as I can again. I keep doing this (getting out as many reps as I can and then waiting ten seconds before starting again) untill I get to 100 reps. By then my chest is screaming in pain!!!

Aiight, I'll bite. Here's what I'm doing now, works like none other I've tried.

Pyramid up to 3 rep max on flat BB bench:

8 rep warm up
6 reps at 70%
5 reps at 80%
3 reps at 90%

2 sets heavy incline BB, 6 reps each.

2 sets flat DB bench, 6-7 rep sets.

3 sets weighted dips, 6-7 rep sets, last rep to absolute failure (done with spotter).

All roughly a 2-1-2 tempo, last rep on dips sometimes takes me a full ten seconds.

It's quirky, but the results have been incredible.

That's what I'm talkin about!! Thanks fellas I gave you all a lil karma for the great ideas. Between the 3 of you I've got myself a great routine. Check your profiles for the karma thing. I hope it went through, lemme know if it didn't.

What routine has always worked well for me is..
incline bb presses
flat db presses
flat db flyes
dips

That routine has really packed on the most size for me.
:D:D

alrighty then..heres ya bone....

3 sets flat BB, alternate with DB, 6-8 reps
3 sets flyes 6-8 reps
3 sets inclines (again, BB or DB) 6-8 reps
sometimes I throw in dips or pushups just for the hell of it

now GIVE me my karma!!!:karate:
