My right arm peaked at 19" pumped last year. With my left peaking a bit smaller. Sadly they are down to around 17" unpumped and around 18" pumped. I am all naturall but I lost 8kg's in 2 weeks, and my arms never fully recovered even though I am back up to my previous weight of around 232.
11 inches pumped and 10.5 cold....on a good day with a good carb up and the wind conditions just right, I can hit 11 inches and an 1/16 (but if I wear a wifebeater tanktop to the gym which I assume is now a federal law for every 15 to 22 year old to wear) they look at least 1 inch larger

Maybe if you stopped doing that DC workout crap and did 18 sets of reverse quadruple cable curl dropset burnouts you'd add some inches to your arm. When will you learn that you must attack the bicep from 14 different positions? To cause growth, you must bomb and blitz your biceps.
