Its true, I have recently out on 8lbs of muscle on, and my arms increased by 2/3 of an inch, even though I was working them hard. Arm size increases are always accompanied by a similar increase if overall body mass. And I'm not gonna say how big my arms are, they're too insignificant at this stage
Hint I weigh about 196 lbs with clothes and shoes on, and my calves are bigger than my arms
Is there some biterness about wanting to measure your arms and keep track of your success?
Isn't that why most get into the lifting game, to improve.
What's wrong with measuring?
Some have goals to put on x amount of size, be it the tape or the scales.
Those that bitch about people pulling the tape out, how often are you on the scales or BF%?
Half of us here will never walk on stage, but we do this for other reasons.
have a good day
