how big are your arms?(everyone post it up)

where those someone else's earlier? that some meat on those arms, must be from carrying the little one around all day

No those were mine but I took off 6 months because of travel/work/starting my own company. Its also 2.5 years old. They are 19's in that pic, but my bf was measured in the low 16's. Probably 18's or maybe a little less at 10% bf.

I am 6'3" weigh 290 i have 14-16% bodyfat my arms are 20.5 flexed 19 cold gotta love the masteron I have garden hoses for veins lol

LOL at glute pics, I would have to say that LAmuscle, who sponser a lot of BBing comps in the UK have put up a pic of my glutes at nearly every comp I have done.

I am sure there are some in my gallery if you are really that interested.
