How BIG are you?

I'm probably only slightly bigger than manny at 212...probably close to the same bodyfat.... that's what happens when your car breaks down almost on the precise day you're coming off a cycle and it costs you 30 dollars round trip for a cab do the gym. I'm hoping to quickly get back up to at least 217 @ 7-8%, I was looking pretty good then....
 
IM 5'6 225 AT 6-7%BF GETTING READY FOR A SHOW THIS LAST OFFSEASON I WAS 250 AT ABOUT 11 TO 12 %BF MAYBE A LITTLE MORE, ARMS ARE 21 INCHES SIX PACK WITH VEINS STARTING TO COME OUT ALREADY ANDE I'M 8 WEEKS OUT FROM MY SHOW. I SHOULD DO REAL WELL.
 
NO I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN BIG NOT FAT BUT REAL BIG SHOULDERS I WAS OVER TEN LBS WHEN I WAS BORN MY MOM IS 4'10 AND WEIGHED 98LBS WHEN SHE GOT PREGNANT WITH ME

When I graduated H.S., I was 140 lbs. I had good strength, but thin as a rail. Most of my gains have come in the last 3 years due to tweaking my diet, and 190 lbs is really not that big at all. So your goals are attainable, in given time.
 
5'7 165 natural.

Not huge, but with a genuine 28" waist and tiny joints, it looks good:). Never measured bodyparts, just use the mirror as my guide.

Would like to compete in a natural contest next year.
 
5'8 210 lbs, def. under 10 % bf(prob 7-8)
a couple PRs: squat- 405x3
close grip bench 315x6
incline db press 145x6
military press 225x6
10 pullups with a 45 lbs plate hanging from me
seated cable row 300x6(with good form)

been training for 4 years, dieting for around 2...going to do a bodybuilding show next year.
