Cardio Breeze is a supplement from the AF store (link: https://www.anabolicfitness.net/shop/). It has green tea + some caffeine but if you're not drinking coffee -- it can really help get you going in the morning. I love it -- I'm a slug in the morning without coffee....

Tomorrow is conveniently a Holiday in Germany, and I am taking Friday off

I'm throwing a party (P Diddy style, lol) on June 3rd.

As for tomorrow, just a cake with my wife and baby and some non-diet, wifey-made, fattening food (but double cardio till monday to keep on track)

Tired, damn tired.

Mental note, don't fall asleep in the early afternoon/evening for 3 hours instead of 30 minutes as when you do go to bed you spend the rest of the night staring at the ceiling.
