Just curious to how accurate the digital body fat scales are...The ones where you hold out the meter thing and squeeze..Anyone know?? I dont think they are very accurate cuz the one I did says I am at 5.1% and I dont think so
Of the four, Hydrstatic Weighing Tanks are the most accurate. You will usually find them at sports clinics or Universities. Skinfold Measurements (callipers) are the next best method. If you use callipers make sure you don't take any readings after you have worked out as this will produce an inaccurate result. BIA measuring devices can be dependant upon your level of hydration so they are not always reliable.
