how about this cycle...

i'm 5'11 194lbs. 36 of age in and out of the gym for 12 yrs. in and out of cycles for 12 yrs. too! never had a six pack or big legs, can't diet to earn a six pack and the legs are not in my genetics...planning to flip the script this year...opinions and suggestions highly recomended!!!

d-bol 35mg ed wks. 1-4
wks 1-12 test e 400-500mg/wk
wks 1-12 tren e 250-350mg/wk
wks 7-12 winny 50mg ed
AIFM 2 pumps ed as needed
clomid 50mg/day for 3wks starting wk 15

never took d-bol ever, can i replace it w/ something else or should
i just take it out...d-bol is just dirty like anadrol...

Cycle looks good....Remember that abs come with diet, and BIG legs come from sqatting and eating big...So its either/ or

Word....dead lifts are great for legs too!
also for abs...i like weighted decline crunches..that really makes them show
 
I'd start PCT at week 14. You may need some Hcg starting out for PCT at weeks 14/15/16 at 500iu/d or EOD. Follow this with the clomid like you have planned. Run AIFM the entire cycle and during and after PCT.

If no Hcg, then just start the clomid at week 14 with the AIFM like you have it dose-wise. When using 50mg/d of Clomid (no frontloading), you may want to have enough to run it an additional week or two.

Also, if you "cycle" AAS, especially orals, then keeping the winny in from week 1-12/13 may be of benefit. If 'cycling,' then orals can be ran longer....assuming you have some time off. Might want to add in some Tyler's liver detox for the liver during your Winny use. The longer winny suggestion is just something to think about since it can be used at the beginning to kickstart things as well.

This is also pending whether or not winny is rough on your joints, etc....

Those are awesome for abs...I do them too. I also change up with the tempo, etc. I do the plan that Needsize put up here about a year ago all the time and they kick ass.

I haven't done abs in over 6yrs and have a SHREDDED midsection....good eating & cardio all the way!!!

Keep the dbol. I think the cycle looks pretty good. If you want less water retention, go with tbol, 40mg ed for weeks 1-4.

I would teach myself how to diet first, would get much better gains from that gear. I would stick with dbol it stacks well with test and tren. I would move winny to wks 9-14 and begin PCT week 15

Cauliflower Ear, I try doing these with weights but it just destoys my back, Any tips or suggestions? Ive researched correct form but still have problems....

Do not try to go too far down and make sure to flex your stomach muscle during the entire range of motion. You may want to start out just using your bodyweight first....then add weight progressively.
