i'm 5'11 194lbs. 36 of age in and out of the gym for 12 yrs. in and out of cycles for 12 yrs. too! never had a six pack or big legs, can't diet to earn a six pack and the legs are not in my genetics...planning to flip the script this year...opinions and suggestions highly recomended!!!

wks 1-12 test e 400-500mg/wk
wks 1-12 tren e 250-350mg/wk
wks 7-12 winny 50mg ed
AIFM 2 pumps ed as needed
clomid 50mg/day for 3wks starting wk 15
never took d-bol ever, can i replace it w/ something else or should
i just take it out...d-bol is just dirty like anadrol...
