I'm sittin' on the fence on this one. All the facts of the matter would have to be taken into consideration IMO. Such as, did she use her authority and power over the adolescent to seduce him. Or would he have fucked her no matter what. I have a problem with these age limits on sexual activity. All things should be taken into consideration and not just if a person is over 18 and the other person is under 17, then it's a crime to have sex with them. What do you think?

depending on what state you live in, the age of consent varies. the age of consent in PA is 16. if one person is under the age of 16, the other person can not be more than 4 years older than them. that means legally, a 13 yr old and 17 yr old can get it on, 14 and 18 can get it on, etc.
in a lot of states the age of consent is 16 or 17. i don't know how many other states have the 4 year rule like PA does. however, i think if you're 18 and need to be screwing a 14 year old, you're a complete loser.
it's a difference of norms as to why we all seem to think this 23 yr old teacher fucking her 14 yr old student is ok.....the 14 yr old is male. we're all agreeing that we'd love to of been in that position when we were 14. if it had been a 23 yr old male teacher and 14 yr old female student, we'd all be pissed off. a lot of that goes back to what RazorGuns said though....a 14 yr old girl would be more likely to be traumatized by an experience like that, while the 14 yr old boy is probably jerking off feverishly 3-4 times a day thinking about how she fucked his brains out.

That's a double standard. I'm not buying it. Is that the reason women usually get nearly everything in a divorce. Because they are weaker and more likely to be traumatized if they come out on the losing end?
