I would LOVE to gain some weight! I have read several of your threads and love the advice you all give! I am 5'11 130 and feel hopeless on gaining weight as I have several health problems, a weak stomach, and a picky horrible diet! I am getting ready to start hitting the gym as my back and knees are weakening on me and I'm ready to just get healthy! (I'm not lazy BTW lol, I work hard and its catching up to my week body!)

I would love to hear some diets and exercises for a skinny picky eater who wants to gain some weight! Any help is GREATLY appreciated!
 
Man you are just going to have to learn how to eat. It's that simple. Don't eat=don't grow

Make sure you get plenty of protein and calories ED.

You should try some N.O. Xplode before workouts. Stuff works wonders for me as far as pumps and being focused & motivated.

You could also consider some natural test boosters like Protein Factory Unleashed. It's only like $18.

As far as your workout routines, for mass and strength you want to do low reps and high weight.

1 advice for u eat eat eat eat and eat.
Drink 3 liters of milk a day.
Heaps of bananas
3 big meals
2 small meals
Protein shakes

if i was you id throw in a bag of mixed nuts thats could be close or over 1000 calories everyday,2 pints of milk get some peanut butter down you hard boiled eggs,i to cn have funny stomack issues but you just got to force it down my man, bein that height and weight it is not healthy for you later on in life you need to pack it in and train hard, my brothers in the same situation 25 5ft 6 like 130 pounds hes recently started working out with me and eating better and i can see a real difference after a few weeks not just in his body but his whole attitude
 
Thanks for the advice guys! This week I have been forcing more and more down! To be honest its almost an every day thing for my food to make me sick, no matter what I eat and this week I have only been sick once nothing big and I have gained 3 pounds! I am going to try some of the supplements you guys have mentioned to help pull me along! N.O. Explode sounds exactly what I need and it actually might help me through the day as I will be hitting the gym before work! Also I don't really get any down time to make decent snack so I will have to find more things like the mixed nuts to throw in my tool bag or lap top bag to bring with me!

Try to food rich in good carbs and a lot of protein.

IMO using weight gainer is a solid waste of money. That's shit is full of sugar.

Use high quality slow released protein powder. Like syntha 6

I am a big fan of syntha 6. Really makes me full and keep going
