The cottage cheese is more slowly absorbed than whey. The amino acid stay in your blood for a longer time. It really doesn't matter much in your case because you are using flax seed oil right before bed, and this will slow down the absorbtion of the whey.
You wont be eating for a long time, so you want to keep as much protein as possible in your system when you are sleeping.

and I just checked my body fat today - I was with 10.7 % and now ( 14 days later ) , 9 % .
and I also gained 7.7 lbs of muscle mass .
pretty good muscle gains for someone on a cutting cycle with a very restrict diet , so far I am on week 6 of eq ( 300 mg /week ) + winny 50 mg EOD and HGH 2 iu EOD .
I started my cycle with 13.5 % body fat and now I am with 9 % .
and I also added more than 11 lbs of muscle mass so far !
Now I just gotta wait til this fucking loose skin adjusts on my abs/waist area ...
I wanna reach 4 % body fat, but I will not , I think I will reach 6 % with this cycle , since there are 3 weeks left . OH well , I am starting my next cycle on march - fina + winny + test
