I'd say the opposite. The Giants did everything they could to lose that game. I was working at the Jets game during it, so I kept sneaking out and watching the game with the security guards. On that last OT drive, right when the Gints were on like the 15, I turned and said, "Here come the penalties". Lo and behold, penalty time bringing them back to the fucking 30 or so. Unbelievable. And why the fuck didn't they take a shot at the end zone when they had 10 seconds left on the clock earlier?!!
