Now this I want try in the case use trademill in the gym
5 min 6mph
6min 6.5
7min 7
8min 7.5
9min 8mph
10min 6.5mph.......rep 5x{20min}
thank cool down 6mph for 5 min!!

Is this OK??

sorry for stupid question!!!!

I wouldn't worry about getting exact speeds...just keep it to jog/run/sprint and keep varying it to get a solid HIIT session. I also run up stairs, so I run or jog up and walk down to get a HIIT type workout.

I do it like that too...
I jog for 20 minutes, then either do stairs for 30 seconds and recover 1 minute or less depends on HRM, and if I do not do stairs I sprint for 75 yards, and then uff...puff like dragon...recover for about 75 seconds and hit it again...Hope that helps...I do try and do the sprints on a slight incline, at park. :)

Ditto what was said above.

You can also do HIIT outside on a bike or rollerblades. I find running/sprints or stairs the easiest for HIIT though - inside and outside.

I have been running/walking....but using my heart rate monitor so I know where I am at the whole time

I used to do sprints on a football field.....sprint to 10 yard line, walk back, then sprint to the 20 yard line, walk back etc etc....if you don't have a football field nearby you can use telephone poles as a mark, trees, etc.....
