Hopefully no-one, cuz that won't get you big. All that will really do is increase your aerobic potential through increased mitochondrial density and size. Very insignificant growth will come out of it.
yeah don't do that, i do low sets, high reps, with farely heavy weights, then two final sets of extrememly high weight, 2-4 reps.
Seems to be working for me, getting great results.
