High rbc symptoms?

I've been on test for 7 months, currently on 250mg cyp a week. I know that nicotine thins your blood and i quit cold turkey last week. Could my blood be getting thicker from this and the trt? I bled a little when i pinned my quad on monday and it was dark red and the drop didn't run down my leg it just sat in a thick puddle. I've been getting greater pumps and my veins pop out all day now. And maybe a little tightness in my chest but this could be from acid reflux. Blood pressure is fine, i drink over a gallon of water a day, no preworkouts, alcohol, or other drugs. The smart thing to do would be to get blood work but are these symptoms of high rbc?

free method...go to red cross and give blood...if your iron on the precheck is 16+ red you are almost guaranteed to have high rcb count...and the fix is to give blood.

Best way to decrease the red blood cells and also thin out blood (HCT hemoglobin). you can donate blood. Some are more specialists will recommend taking an aspirin a baby aspirin a day. The big problem you're having is clumping which causes blood clots. The best way to do this is more time between cycles. And also giving blood hope this helps

Aspirin covers up the fact you have high hematocrit iron and rbc by artificially thinning your blood. It does nothing to actually fix the issue. It's just a band aide. Where giving blood actually addresses the issue.

But you can only give blood e8weeks so in the mean times aspirin is good...

You're definitely correct about donating blood. The problem that you're faced with is volume. You're producing a ton of red blood cells. Which increases your blood pressure I make your heart work a lot harder.by taking aspirin you thin your blood by reducing the it's ability to stick to each other but it does not decrease the volume. A medication like Plavix or Coumadin also thins out your blood but in a different way. The only true solution to decreasing your hematocrit and hemoglobin is to donate blood. I see a lot of people drink tons of water that does not dilute your blood it does rinse out your kidneys. And it also can increase your blood pressure a little bit. So the key to this is making you sure you just donate blood on the regular basis. I could get into more in depth about red blood cells but that would be boring. I am in the medical field if you have any medical questions feel free to contact me

I didn't want to donate cuz of tren so I started and iv line on myself and let it drain a water bottle full which is about how much United blood takes out
