first off, with that kind of language I wouldn't be surprised if people started giving you bad advice (throw away the whites and eat just the yolks, eat ice cream to gain lean mass, etc.)

back to your dilemma: I would eat 4500-4800 calories a day. A lot of skinny teenagers, including myself not too long ago, used to say the same thing, and it's cuz we'd take in 240 grams of protein and 3100 calories.

The protein's good, but up the fat to 110 grams or something, and the carbs up to 450 grams or something. I wasn't gaining while eating 3200 calroies daily; now I eat 4200-4400 and I gain a pound a week, and it's good weight.

If you're still not gaining, then up it even more; eat highly dense foods like pasta, almonds, flax oil, peanut butter, lean meats, and so forth for your calories. This will ensure that your stomach will be able to digest all this food because the volume will be little but the total calories will be high, which will also leave room for water , which you'll need.

This is not a problem; I'm sure you think you're eating a lot but you're prolly just taking in 3000 calories or something.

In fact, it's good because a high metabolism will mean your body burns fat well, so look to gain good lean mass :)

I would suggest you eat some soap to clean that filthy mouth. You see body building is not just about getting big and thinking your a billy-bad-ass, but rather a lifestyle of hard work, discipline, and stick-to-it-ivism. Better get the right mind set before anything else or you will just be wasting your time and money.

Living well is the best revenge
