high ALT liver levels

hey guys,

blood test came back and my liver functions where all good except my ALT which was nearly double what it should be. leading up to the bloods i was only taking natural supplement like my creatine, amino's etc. i am currently running ostarine only along with my otc supps. i had planned to run a cycle with a methylated compound in it once i finish my osta cycle and pct so i need to get my liver functions back with in range.

can anyone recommend some tips and supplements to help get my ALT back within range?
i rarely drink and dont drink at all on any cycle. and i take milk thistle religiously.

appreciate any help.

LOL I repeat it over and over again on other forums: Ostarine is a dangerous crap. A total failure! People talk about how they love Ostarine, but they forgot to ask their liver.

My liver values after several weeks on Ostarine (25-35 mg/day) were 3-times higher than normally, almost twice higher than the uppermost limit! Even at 10-15 mg/day, my ALT levels were out of the normal range. For comparison: When I was using Anavar even at 80 mg/day, I have never crossed the normal limit and ALT/AST increased by 50% at most.

Remember that in clinical trials, they were using only 3 mg daily! But people think that when 3 mg showed no side effects, then even 30 mg won't.

Don't listen to nonsense from the internet and don't take this s**t! Or it will burn a hole into your liver!

If you say that you were on Ostarine for 3 days only, that time may be enough to affect your liver functions, especially if you take some insane dosages over 20 mg daily.

This isnt the first time my alt has come back elevated. It was elevated when i got it checked 2 years ago when the harshest thing i had taken was creatine.

Hey bro
I took ostarine at 25mg for just over 8 weeks I used liv 52 through the whole cycle and had my bloods done. They all come back with in the correct ranges.
My levels have been up a couple of times, but with osta they were fine. If your thinking about running a methylated compound I would for sure get something as strong as tudca to try and keep those levels down.

cheers mate, im going to grab some liv52 to add to the milk thistle that im taking and il try grab some tudca/udca too.

i had my ALT elevated, 6 months later without taking anything not drinking no AAS they came back down to normal. they werent that out of control my alt was 48 and they came back down to 41. anyways if your saying they been elevated for that long do the liver supplements and get it checked out again if its still elevated speak to the doc.

Il get all my value checked just before pct and a month after pct. From what iv read about alt its not as much of a worry as i thought. Exercise and high preotei diet can elevate it, never the less im always going to er on the side of caution when it comes to liver health.

I'm sure I'll get flamed, but coffee enemas do wonders for your liver and will actually put your ALT/AST levels below normal levels. Everyone I've recommended them to has been amazed, do some research...

Had a look at it and i dont think it has a very good risk:reward ratio. But thanks anyway
