Hiding HGH in the fridge... lol.

I was with you until you started dissing on the sushi bar . . .

I love me some sushi and not all guys at the sushi bar are skinny. Perfect source of protein with some nice EFAs . . . and I look fantastic next to all the skinny fuckers you are talking about.

:raina:

haha yeah its a stereotype. i've seen a lot of big dudes there and some fatties too. i honestly never ate the stuff in my life, but i notice all the celebs that are always eating sushi are skinny as hell. not sure why, maybe from all that soy?

They put tons on sugar in the white rice.

Steve - There is a bit of a correlation. Most lifters tend to be more meat and potatoes types and sushi doesn't exactly fit into that mindset but I think they are missing out. I always recommend that people avoid the rolls or sauces because they are often much less healthy but true sushi (nigiri or sashimi) is fantastic and healthy.

Going - When I moved here i made a point of finding out which places use true sushi rice (using vinegar) and which use sugar. I go to the former. Usually they are a bit pricier but well worth it.

There are lifters which are mass guys and then there are body builders. The lifters eat cow meat but bber's eat health most eat eggs fish and chicken and very little beef.
I used to be an overweight lifter until I realized it was crap. Now I try to stay lean and healthy.

I have tried susuhi but just cant keep it down.

Try basics and move out from there. Cucumber roll, tempura shrimp roll, California roll. For sashimi try salmon, shrimp and yellow tail.
Also have them BBQ up a Hama Kama (yellow tail) or Hama salmon. It's the jaw of the fish. Really flavorful.

Yea definitely start simple and branch from there. My first roll was a deep fried Philly and ever since then I've absolutely loved sushi and ate all types. I never thought I could actually like the stuff..
