Ok so to start off Ill start with my stats
Im currently at 205... yup thats pounds
Im vertically challenged at 5'3'' and I have NO clue what my body fat is except for a lot.
- Your goals: My goals are to be to 135 Ill even be happy with 150 by July. I know thats a lot of weight to dump but Im committed.
- Your current training & cardio schedule: I have a 6 month old and no one to really watch her so getting to the gym is near impossible for me. So right now I currently am doing Zumba at home (about an hour a day) and if I get time I try to do about 5.5 miles on my recumbent stationary bike.
- Your current meal plan: I also struggle with my meals. It can be challenging to cook something for myself with my daughter. I try to eat a couple scrambled eggs in the AM, then I do the zumba, put her down for a nap and then I try to have a salad or yogurt, then early evening I will usually snack on dry cereal like honey bunches of oats with almonds, and for dinner I have started making steamed chicken breasts (skinless) with a steamed veggie. REAPEAT every day minus saturday or sunday (Only days I get to spend time with hubby).
Basically I have NO clue how to even start to diet... what foods I should be eating and not eating, how to cook it... I assumed steaming was the best way... and I have gone through almost every diet pill out there and nothing seems to help. The only thing that came close was the Hydroxycut Hardcore. Im not looking to build muscle ... Id like to drop all the weight and tone the muscle I do have. Any suggestions from diet to weight loss aides I could take would be awesome!
