Im 24 and been lifting for 6 years religiously with 3 cycles under my belt, and for the next year I will be trying to go from 260 to 280-290 while keeping my bf in a normal range (no pot belly or smooth soft look).
So my question is would I benefit from running maybe 3ius of growth five on and two off just for the fatloss benefit. Would I see anything??
