Hi Zack,
I competed on in the 148 lb class on Friday (2/28) at the WPO Finals. I read that you video taped some of the lightweights, mostly deadlifts, and was hoping you could post or email some of my lifts to me. I realize that I am not as impressive as the heavyweights and am not yet breaking any records but thought you might still have some footage of me. I squatted 639 and attempted a WR of 684 and came damn close. I was hoping to be able to analyze it to see what I need to work on.
I had a rough day, making only 4 of my 10 attempts, but still got a PR squat and total of 1642 (I benched 424 and deadlifted 578). I was hoping to break the WR squat, bench, and total but when I missed the squat I realized that the total was out of the question. I did have a great time meeting and talking to other lifters and Powerlifting fans. I learn something from the Westside guys everytime I see them.
Anyway, let me know if you can post any of my lifts for me. I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks for your help.
