what are you looking for...?

your routine seems too mish-mash to build muscle... you should choose a rep range and stick to it, instead of changing it daily...

you got white mans ass... ;)

nice balloons... :fro:

need to hit the weights hard. keep a certain routine for a few months then switch it up. I would like to see your diet, cals and ratios that you're consuming ed.
all in all.. .good base to work with

actually, changing reps and exercises leads to muscle growth. look at dr. fred hatfield's zig zag approach. your body adapts quickest to rep ranges (2 to 3 weeks max) and exercies in a similar amount of time. changing the routine each workout would stress different fibers leading to hypertrophy. there is alot of science to back up this method. good reading, wish i had a link for you.

Beginning of 05 i hit the weight at a consistent pace; running at 10.0 upto 11.00 for close to 5minutes then light jog followed by weights high reps with low weight until failure on just about every excercise/body part and well i was pretty ripped. Considering i wasnt watching what i eat, as i do now.

looks like you recently start lifting. you need more mass all around. lift heavy weights, do compound exercises. increase your calories to bulk.

your leg shot is kinda disturbing.

I dont wish to increase mass, i want to maintain stamina/strength. I just wanted to get people opinions. I have no use for mass due to the type of work that i do, being a mason/construction so i dont need to bulk up. WHat do you mean the leg shot is disturbing??????

Hey there,

I would agree that you need a little more muscle, especially in the upper body. You have an EXCELLENT base to begin with. Running 10 or 11 miles isn't going to get you there. You should really lift heavy and eat some more protein and build a little muscle. I mean this is a body building site. If you are looking to become more like a body builder, I would seriously consider listening to the guys' advice on here. They give pretty good advice. Just adding muscle should not interfere with your job as a mason. If anything, it should make your core a little stronger and give you more stamina. It is an unusual angle on you leg picture, but it looks like you have nice size on your thigh and a nice thin waist.

Overall, just add some nice lean muscle all over and you will look GREAT!

P.S. The puppy staring out from behind your butt is too funny...lol. You pick a really interesting way of deorating your room, dude. just teasing with ya. ;-)

Exactlyyyy, you arent on a bad starting point, get your diet spot on, diet harder (bump up protein, even out carbs and fat) and eat clean.

Train like your life depended on it and give us the update in 3 months with new pics, you will look like a different man.

BTW: you dont take a leg pic like that, nobody wants to see you naked here (speaking up for straight guys) just hike up your shorts and give us the Quad shot from the fron, hams and calves from uh ummmm behind and that should cover that
